Innovium, Inc., a San Jose, CA-based provider of networking silicon solutions for data centers, raised $38.3m in Series C funding.
Backers included Redline Capital, Greylock Partners, Walden Riverwood Ventures, Capricorn Investment Group, Qualcomm Ventures and S-Cubed Capital. As part of funding, Tatiana Evtushenkova, CEO/Managing Director of Redline Capital, joined Innovium’s board of directors.
The company, which has raised $90m in total financing, intends to use the funds to accelerate commercialization of its TERALYNX 12.8Tbps switch silicon family.
Led by Rajiv Khemani, CEO and Co-founder, Innovium provides switching silicon solutions for data centers. Its TERALYNX family delivers software compatible products ranging from 3.2Tbps to 12.8Tbps.
