Partech Ventures Receives Investment from Accenture

partech-venturesGlobal venture capital firm Partech Ventures signed a collaboration agreement and received an investment from Accenture (NYSE:ACN).

The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the deal, Accenture Ventures, Accenture’s vc arm which focuses on teaming with and investing in companies that create innovative enterprise technologies, will make a minority equity investment in Partech Entrepreneur II Fund, which specializes in seed funding, and in Partech International Ventures VII, which invests in early stage startups.
The collaboration will also enable Accenture to also join Partech’s Advisory Committee and its enterprise clients to get access to the pool of innovation offered by the Partech-backed startups to find new ideas and new solutions for solving their business problems.

Founded in 1982, Partech Ventures is a global investment firm that partners with entrepreneurs at the seed (Partech Entrepreneur), venture (Partech International) and/or growth (Partech Growth) stages. Companies backed by Partech Ventures have completed 21 initial public offerings and more than 50 major M&A transactions with international companies.
