Beanstalk Ventures, a Hartsdale, NY-based retail technology venture capital firm, closed its second fund, at $7.125m.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, 34 investors participated in the offering.
Led by Ken Seiff, Beanstalk Capital focuses on early stage companies that are selling software that powers retail, or are primarily engaged in eCommerce or powering eCommerce companies.
The firm’s portfolio includes PredictSpring, Reachify, Loop Commerce, Inturn, Brickwork, Knox Payments and uBeam.
