Insightpool, an Atlanta, GA-based word-of-mouth marketing company, raised $3m in debt funding.
The financing was led by Silicon Valley Bank.
The company intends to use the funds for product development and in Atlanta, New York and San Francisco office recruitment efforts.
Launched in 2013 by Devon Wijesinghe, CEO, Insightpool provides a predictive SaaS-based word-of-mouth marketing platform company that allows Global 2000 brands to generate insights from social media data to enable targeted marketing and advertising campaigns.
Customers include NBC Universal, DocuSign, Kenmore, Craftsman, Orbitz, Coca-Cola, Famous Footwear, Cox Communications, UPS, IHG, Atlanta Hawks and more.
