Pramata, a Brisbane, CA-based customer relationship intelligence platform provider, raised $10m in Series A growth equity round.
The round was was led by Boston-based Volition Capital, with participation from current investors Argosy Capital and Peninsula Ventures.
Led by Praful Saklani, co-founder and CEO, Pramata provides a customer relationship intelligence platform that extracts essential information about customers from contracts and billing systems. In particular, it allows sales and customer-facing teams at B2B companies to answer key questions about negotiated customer relationships, such as: what has my customer agreed to purchase and what have they paid for? What pricing and discounts are in effect? What are the key dates and triggers? What are the documents that define this customer relationship? What are the risks and opportunities with this account?
Customers include CenturyLink, Cisco, Comcast, Medtronic, Truven, FICO and Novelis.
