North America’s security solutions provider U.S. Security Associates (USA), through its wholly owned affiliate, Andrews International LLC, acquired Entourage Security Management, a London, UK-based security firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition aims to establish U.S. Security Associates’ presence in Europe.
Led by Troy Hewitt, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Entourage provides uniformed security services, executive protection service, special event staffing, and security & risk management consultation. It offers custom-tailored programs for clients and security profiles and needs.
They specialize in corporate, hotel, retail and event security and serve a portfolio of premier global clients.
Led by Richard L. Wyckoff, President and CEO, U.S. Security Associates U.S. provides national security services and global consulting and investigations. The company provides career paths for over 49,000 security professionals serving several thousand clients and a range of industries.
The company, through its affiliate Andrews International, has also recently established operations in Honduras and Nicaragua and will soon have a presence in Costa Rica.
