The18, a Boulder, Co.-based online content and commerce platform for soccer enthusiasts in the U.S. and around the world, raised $1m in funding.
Unnamed individual investors participated in the raise.
The company intends to use the funds to expand all areas of business operations, including site evolution, content development, staffing, technology resources, product development and marketing.
Led by Pete Burridge, President and CEO, The18 is a sports website and media platform focused on soccer, creating entertaining content including news, soccer lifestyle apparel, training videos, and giving fans access to a worldwide soccer community.
