Medallia, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, raised $150m in growth equity capital.
The round was led by Sequoia Capital.
The company, which has now raised a total of $255m, intends to use the funds to further enhance its operations, with a focus on developing additional new product capabilities and tools and expanding its operating presence in major markets,
Founded in 2001 by Borge Hald, CEO, Medallia provides SaaS customer experience management applications that enable companies to capture customer feedback everywhere the customer is (including web, social, mobile, and contact center channels), understand it in real time, and deliver insights and action to improve their performance. Medallia has offices in Silicon Valley, New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Sydney and Buenos Aires.
The company has over 700 employees.
