VoloMetrix Secures $12M in Series B Funding

volometrixVoloMetrix, a Seattle, WA-based people analytics software company that provides actionable insights to improve organizational productivity, secured $12m in Series B funding.

The round was led by Split Rock Partners with participation from existing investor Shasta Ventures. As part of the financing, Jim Simons, founder and managing director at Split Rock Partners, will join VoloMetrix’ Board of Directors.

The company, which has raised $17m to date, intends to use the funds to further expand product development, hire additional staff and drive strategic and go-to-market initiatives.

Founded in 2011 by CEO Ryan Fuller, VoloMetrix provides a people analytics technology platform that uses big data to optimize organizational performance, providing executives visibility into the daily activities and relationships that drive business outcomes.
Clients include Symantec, Genentech and Seagate, among others.
