Huy Vietnam Group Limited, a Vietnam-based large operator of self-managed, local Vietnamese food restaurants, secured US$15.0m in a Series B round of equity financing.
Backers included New Asia Partners, AIF Capital and Fortress Capital.
The company intends to use the funds for network expansion in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
Launched in 2007 by Mr. KY Huy, Chairman and CEO, Huy Vietnam Group operates a professionally managed restaurant company operating in Vietnam serving traditional Vietnamese food prepared from formulated family-owned recipes.
The company currently runs over 40 restaurants under the Mon Hue, Com Express and Pho Ong Hung brands, serving local Vietnamese cuisines.
