FieldAware Raises $24M in Funding

FieldAware_LogoFieldAware, a Plano, Texas and Dublin, Ireland-based provider of field service automation SaaS solutions made for mobile, raised $24m in funding.

The round was led by WestSummit‘s new co-managed fund, Summit Bridge Capital, with participation from Silicon Valley Bank and existing investors OpenView Venture Partners, Atlantic Bridge Partners and Oyster Capital Partners. In conjunction with the funding, WestSummit Managing Director David Lam will join Summit Bridge Capital’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to scale up the business, product development and to further accelerate growth in the Field Service Management sector.

Founded in 2011 and led by Bill Beamish, CEO, FieldAware provides a made-for-mobile platform that enables field service organizations to provide field personnel with mobile tools.
Its web-based back office functions are built on a cloud-based architecture with configurable fields that can accommodate any business process in any industry segment including HVAC, Oil and Gas, Health Care, Telecommunications, Facilities and Property Management, I.T. Support and others.
FieldAware integrates with existing ERP, CRM and accounting systems.

The company has more than 1,000 customers, predominantly in the U.S.
