Dstillery, a New York-based provider of cross-device audience targeting platform for brands, closed a $24m Series C financing.
The round was led by NewSpring Capital, with participation from existing shareholders U.S. Venture Partners, Menlo Ventures and Venrock. In conjunction with the funding, NewSpring partner Mike DiPiano has joined Dstillery’s board.
The company, which has now raised $48m in total, will use the capital to augment infrastructure, accelerate hiring and expand into new markets, as well as explore strategic acquisitions.
Led by Tom Phillips, CEO, Dstillery, formerly known as Media6Degrees, provides marketers with a cross-device audience targeting platform to extract signals from the complete customer journey and activate them across all screens.
The company, which augmented revenue in the first half of 2014 by up 50% from the prior year, while staff grew by 40%, was recently selected as a premier partner by both Twitter and LinkedIn.
