Campaign Monitor, a Sidney Australia-based provider of SaaS email marketing and design solutions, raised $250m in its first funding round.
Insight Venture Partners made the investment. In conmjunction with the funding, Insight managing directors Deven Parekh and Nikitas Koutoupes, along with associate Dan May, will join Campaign Monitor’s board.
The company intends to use the funds for continued product innovation and accelerated global expansion.
Led by David Greiner and Ben Richardson, Campaign Monitor provides creative agencies, high-growth businesses, and major global companies with SaaS-based email marketing and design solutions.
The company currently has more than 100,000 active paying customers in over 170 countries.
