JAMF Holdings Closes $30m Funding Round

JAMFlogoJAMF Holdings, Inc., the parent corporation of JAMF Software, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based provider of Apple device management solutions, closed a $30m investment.

The round was led by growth equity firm Summit Partners, with participation from GSV Capital Corporation. In conjunction with the investment, Greg Goldfarb, a managing director with Summit Partners, will join JAMF’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds for product development, and expand industry partnerships.

Founded in 2002 and led by Chip Pearson, managing partner, JAMF Software provides  Casper Suite, which allows administrators to manage every Mac, iPhone or iPad in their environment via a flexible management platform.
The company has over 4,000 customers across commercial, education and government verticals managing more than 2.8 million Macs, iPads and iPhones.
