Guarantee Insurance Company, a Fort Lauderdale, FL-based provider of workers’ compensation insurance, has closed a $28m capital financing.
The company intends to use the proceeds to expand into new geographic markets and strengthen its strong partnership with its clients.
Led by President Charles K. Schuver, Guarantee Insurance Company is a subsidiary of Patriot National Insurance Group, an insurance holding company focused on workers’ compensation insurance, which also operates Patriot Underwriters, Inc., a national program administrator that produces and underwrites workers’ compensation insurance for carriers nationwide.
Patriot National Insurance Group is led by Steven M. Mariano, Chairman and CEO.
