Loop Commerce, a Mountain View, CA-based e-commerce gifting platform, raised $7m in Series A funding.
Backers included:
– Mark Carges (eBay CTO),
– Don Katz (Audible and Amazon),
– Roy Rubin (Magento CEO),
– Michael Scharff (former Toys “R” Us SVP),
– Oren Zeev,
– Chuck Geiger (Chegg CTO), and
– Novel TMT Ventures.
Co-Founded in 2012 by CTO Alex Sirota and CEO Roy Erez, Loop Commerce has developed a SaaS-based solution that fully integrates with a retailer’s store to allow them to make every available product giftable, without buyers having to worry about product specifics (such as size, color, style or delivery preference).
