Mandata (Management & Data Services) Ltd., a Cramlington, UK-based provider of SaaS solutions to the UK haulage and logistics market, received an equity investment from Synova Capital.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to advance development of its products, including its traffic management system.
Led by Director Stephen Robinson, Mandata provides owners of commercial vehicle fleets with cloud-based software solutions to manage their data and resources efficiently, reducing emissions and fuel consumption, and end customers with visibility over the movement of their goods.
The company offers its suite of solutions on a subscription basis.
