NetLex Raises €30K in Seed Funding

NetLex, a Rome, Italy-based startup that provides cloud management software for lawyers, raised a €30k micro-seed round of funding.

Backers included Roberto Magnifico (CFO and co-founder of NetLex) and another unnamed investor (a lawyer).

The company is using the funds to start operations.

Co-founded n the end of April 2013 by by CEO Giorgio Pallocca CTO Fabrizio Giammatteo, and Magnifico, NetLex is already online with a cloud platform that provides lawyers with digital tools to manage docs, clients, counterparts, hearings, payments, invoices, deadlines, parcels, etc.
It also offers an agenda/calendar and features an analytics service to monitor the performance of the activity of the law firm.

The company, which is part of the Microsoft Bizspark Program, already generates revenues and is seeking further funds to continue to grow operations.
