Local Market Launch, a Santa Barbara, CA-based business listings management startup, raised $1.5m in Series A funding.
The backer was Rincon Venture Partners. The round adds to $1.2m of founder contributed seed funds.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the development and marketing of its solutions.
Launched in 2012 by ValueClick founder Brian Coryat, Local Market Launch provides business listings management and local presence solutions for national brands, multi-location businesses and SMBs through a network of channel partners, including directory publishers, newspaper publishers, broadcast media companies, digital media agencies and certified marketing representatives (CMRs).
