Radiance Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Lucknow, India-based provider of specialized training, recruitment, and personnel outsourcing services, has received a minority equity investment from Madison Street Capital India Pvt. Ltd.
Led by Managing Director Aparna Mishra, Radiance provides services in three business divisions including:
– specialized training and development undertaken in higher grades of professional communication, behavioral skill sets, and skill development programs,
– recruitment tailored to specialized fields including engineering, IT, BPO, and fast-moving consumer goods, and
– outsourcing of human capital in business processes.
The firm, which has recently ventured into related areas such as specialized training and development in education and rural governance projects in Uttar Pradesh and other states In Northern India, is currently executing a strategic expansion plan based on project commitments from corporate and government clients.
Radiance currently has 50 employees.
Madison Street Capital India is the Indian subsidiary of the international investment banking firm Madison Street Capital (MSC).
