Lansen Technology AB, a Halmstad, Sweden-based company that designs and manufactures surveillance and alarm systems, has received a KRO6m equity investment.
Investors include Almi Invest, Hannells Holding AB, the current majority owner ALLB Invest AB, as well as other existing shareholders.
As stated by Chairman Johan Sedelius Hörberg, the capital will be used to continue to expand in Sweden and in other European countries.
under the terms of the transaction, an additional KRO10m funding will be provided in 2011.
Lansen Technology provides government agencies, business and residential users with alarm systems, camera solutions for battery operated wireless products, and technology for embedded wireless communication.
