Getbazza Srl, a Venice, Italy-based new company that operates a social buying site specializing in offers dedicated to the world of night time and fun, recently received a start up investment of undisclosed amount from H-Farm, a Treviso-based venture incubator.
2night, a media company that focuses on entertainment, launched the initiative alongside H-Farm.
Getbazza (whose name derives from “bazza”, which means a bargain in the Emilia region), proposes daily offers related to entertainment services (including dinners, concerts tickets, aperitifs, pizza plus cinema or pizza plus disco combinations), which are available for 24 hours with a minimum discount of 50%.
For any offer, the discount starts when a minimum number of people sign up. As soon as it happens users receive a coupon with a code via email to present to the place they have chosen.
At the moment, offers are available in the Venice-Padua-Treviso area, Verona, Rome, Milan and Bari.
