BizArk, a China-Based e-commerce start up that specializes in providing international trading solutions for Chinese companies, has received an investment of “several tens of millions of dollars” from IDG Ventures.
BizArk, which formally launched on August 23rd, 2010, will use the funds to expand its presence in China and enhance it services.
The company provides comprehensive international trade e-commerce solutions and services, including website construction, network marketing, website security, logistics, call center, legal affair consulting as well as support service.
BizArk’s partners include big companies, such as Google, TrustWave, Paypal and LinkShare.
The company currently employs over 400 people.
