Soonr Inc., a Campbell, CA-based provider of cloud applications for backup and synchronization of critical files, has secured $4.5m in additional financing.Investors in the round include HighBAR Ventures and existing investors.
The company will use the funds to accelerate its sales, marketing and partnership efforts and expand into new markets.
Soonr provides collaboration tools to make it easy for users to work with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. The service works across worldwide carrier networks and major handset operating systems including iPhone, Android and Blackberry smart phones.
The company sells its service directly, as well as through partnerships with resellers, service providers and OEMs.
