Blueprint Software Systems Inc., a Toronto, Canada-based enterprise-requirements software provider, has completed a $14.3m financing.
Investors include existing venture capital partners Walsingham Fund, BDC, and Growthworks.
The new funds will be used to accelerate the development of the Blueprint Requirements Center™ product line, which empowers authors and reviewers to visually define, simulate, validate, and publish requirements, and expand customer support, sales and marketing.
Blueprint’s core product line will be enhanced and extended to allow further depth and breadth of definition and simulation capabilities, role-based access and workflows, and deeper MSOffice and ALM integrations.
The company operates globally, with presence, partners and customers in North America and Europe.
