According to a Form D SEC filing (read here), SV Angel, a San Francisco, CA-based micro venture capital firm, aims to raise $70m for its fifth fund.
The documents lists founder David Lee as a person related to the raise of SV Angel GP V, LLC.
The firm is led by Brian Pokorny (Managing Partner), Kevin Carter, Topher Conway, and Robert Pollak (partners),
Ron Conway (Special Adviser), Abram Dawson and Mike Liu (Associates).
