Deako Lighting, a Seattle, WA-based provider of plug-n-play light switches, completed its Series-B financing round, raising an additional $12.5M.
The company, which has raised $36M in total funding to date, will use the new capital to add distribution partners, increase production capacity; and expand its array of plug-n-play light switch products.
Led by founder and CEO Derek Richardson and COO Wes Nicol, Deako provides plug-n-play light switches that can be changed within seconds by anyone, without hiring an electrician.
The company now has six different manufacturing partners located in three countries.
