Virtana, a Palo Alto, Ca-based company which specializes in deep hybrid-infrastructure observability, acquired Zenoss, an Austin, TX-based real-time IT service monitoring and AI-powered event intelligence company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will further enhance Virtana’s expansion and offerings.
