Sentora, a Road Town, British Virgin Islands-based institutional DeFi platform combining yield strategies, risk management, and financial services, raised up to $25m Series funding.
The round was led by New Form Capital, with participation from Joint Effects, Tribe Capital, Ripple, Curved Ventures, Flare, and Bankai Ventures.
The company, which was born from the merge of IntoTheBlock and Trident Merge, intends to use the funds to accelerate its technology roadmap and expand global partnerships.
Led by CEO Anthony DeMartino and CTO Jesus Rodríguez, Sentora combines IntoTheBlock’s battled tested yield and risk management platform with Trident’s structured finance expertise, creating a multi-product offering for institutions of all size, crypto and traditional finance, to interact with DeFi. Its capabilities include yield strategies, capital formation, risk monitoring and structured financing.
