ReNew Receives $100M Investment From BII

ReNew, a Gurugram, India-based decarbonisation solutions company, raised US$100M investment from British International Investment.

The company intends to use the funds to grow the business and expand its manufacturing capacity through the construction of a new state of the art 4 GW TOPCon cell facility in Dholera, Gujarat.

Led by CEO Sumant Sinha, ReNew is a decarbonisation solutions company listed on Nasdaq (Nasdaq: RNW, RNWWW). It provides end-to-end solutions in the areas of clean energy, value-added energy offerings through digitalisation, storage, and carbon markets that increasingly are integral to addressing climate change.
