remberg, a Munich, Germany-based AI-powered maintenance software company, raised €15M in Series A+ funding.
The round was led by Acton Capital and Oxx, with participation from existing investors Earlybird, Speedinvest, and Fly Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the expansion across Europe and further enhance its AI-powered maintenance platform, which helps industrial companies prevent costly unplanned machine downtime.
Founded in 2018 by David Hahn, Julian Borg, Cecil Wöbker and Hagen Schmidtchen, remberg provides a scalable, mobile, and AI-driven maintenance platform that integrates with the existing IT infrastructure to optimize maintenance workflows – regardless of whether a company already has maintenance software in place.
The company serves more than 150 customers, including companies from the the Würth Group, SCHUNK, Brandt Zwieback-Schokoladen, Edding and Minimax Fire Solutions, which manage over 1 million assets in the solution.
