Performance Equity Management, a Greenwich, CT-based private equity investment firm, announced the final close of its fifth co-investment fund, Performance Direct Investments V (PDI V), which closed at $383M.
Investors included public and corporate pension plans, university endowments, private foundations, insurance companies, family offices, and individuals.
The fund is set to provide investors access to a diversified portfolio of direct co-investments, primarily in small and middle-market buyouts and growth equity. PDI V is a continuation of PEM’s investment strategy of partnering with private market managers. PEM’s selection capabilities and disciplined execution enables PEM to construct a resilient portfolio that operates across multiple sectors including IT, financial services, consumer and business services, and industrials.
Investments will be made in companies located primarily in North America and Europe.
