The round was led by Prosus Ventures, with participation from Khosla Ventures, and Monashees.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its presence in Latin American markets, particularly in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina, with the opening of a new headquarters in Brazil.
Led by CEO and founder Álvaro Higes, Luzia is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps users manage their daily lives by answering their questions and offering personalized support. Its app is available for Android and iOS.
Present in over 40 countries, it has 65 million users worldwide.
The company has raised $50M to date.
