Keyfactor, a Cleveland, OH-based, digital company building connections across devices, acquired InfoSec Global, a Toronto, Ontario-based cryptographic posture management company, and CipherInsight, a Bethesda, MD-based provider of a cryptographic discovery solution by Quantum Xchange.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisitions Keyfactor will expand its solutions with discovery, monitoring, and risk management capabilities.
Led by Nagy Moustafa, CEO, InfoSec Global provides a data security SaaS platform that delivers comprehensive discovery and inventory of cryptography across customers’ Cloud and on-premise digital landscapes. It also empowers the orchestration of agile cryptography management through centralized policy, even when transitioning from traditional cryptography to post-quantum cryptography and without needing to update applications.
CipherInsights is a provider of a network sensor that passively monitors traffic in real time to surface cryptographic risks. It detects weak or outdated protocols, self-signed certificates, unencrypted traffic, and more. Built-in compliance templates for PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other standards streamline reporting and regulatory adherence.
Led by CEO Jordan Rackie, Keyfactor provides a platform that allows organizations to build and maintain secure, trusted connections across every device, workload, and machine. By simplifying PKI, automating certificate lifecycle management, and enabling crypto-agility, Keyfactor helps organizations move fast to establish digital trust at scale. With Keyfactor, businesses can tackle today’s challenges, like growing certificate volumes, manual processes, and new standards and regulations, while laying the groundwork for a successful transition to post-quantum cryptography.
