Keep, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of a financial platform for small businesses, raised $76M in funding.

The round consisted of:

  • $23M in equity financing led by Tribe Capital with participation from Rebel Fund, Liquid2 Ventures, Cambrian, and Assurant Ventures, as well as individual investors including founders and executives from fintech such as Robinhood, Venmo, Stripe, Plaid, Chime, Coinbase, Ramp, and Alloy,
  • $50M credit facility from Coventure (Treville), and
  • $3M venture debt line from Silicon Valley Bank. 

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Led by CEO Oliver Takach, Keep is a provider of a financial platform built for small businesses that allows SMBs to control spend, automate bookkeeping, and send, receive, and store funds.

In 2024, the company experienced growth crossing $12m in annualized revenue, achieved over 300% net dollar retention, and has onboarded over 3,000 SMBs across a diverse mix of industries.
