JumpCloud Inc. a Louisville, CO-based unified identity, device, and access management platform, acquired VaultOne, a Curitiba, Brazil-based company that enables security and IT teams as well as managed security service providers (MSSPs) to protect and monitor critical assets effectively by controlling and monitoring their access.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will expand JumpCloud’s offerings.
