Hotiday, a Milan, Italy-based traveltech startup, raised €5.5M in funding.
The round was led by P101 SGR with participation from 40Jemz and angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to open new locations in major European resorts and cities, increase services offered to partner hoteliers, and expand the team.
Founded in 2022 by Vittorio Gargiulo, Federico Brunelli and Federico Di Carlo, Hotiday selects rooms in a specific area of their facilities and adapt them to the needs of the traveler preserving the characters of each location with services, technology, design and comfort.
It not only solves the problem of natural unsold inventory, increasing revenue and occupancy rates, and generating passive income for the properties it works with, but it also provides concrete tools, from the proprietary revenue management system to advanced data analytics, it enables hotels to optimize pricing strategies and increase revenues.
The company has hosted more than 33,000 people in more than 90 tourist destinations in Europe in the last year alone.
