Emerge Tech, a Berlin, Germany-based HR tech startup that uses an AI-powered employer branding, received an investment of an undisclosed amount.
Backers included HTGF and the Heimatboost investment community.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Founded in Berlin in 2024, Emerge Tech develops specialised AI agents that digitise and enhance the employer attractiveness of small and medium-sized businesses faster, more efficiently and affordably than agency services.
Creative Carla defines identity and message, while Channel Charly delivers them to the right channels based on data — precisely, measurably and scalably.
In 2025, the focus will be on user growth and product maturity, followed by international expansion in 2026 with new agents covering the entire people experience.
The team includes:
- Daniel Braun, CEO, who scaled the HR tech start-up WorkGenius to £150 million in revenue in the US.
- Wolf Reiner Kriegler, CPO, who is the founder of the German Employer Branding Academy.
- Thomas Holl, CTO, who is the co-founder of the language learning app Babbel.
