Founded by Paolo Colonnello and Nicolás Kipreos de la Fuente, diio listens to every interaction—meetings, calls, and messages—to understand sales objectives and offer actionable insights. The platform identifies recurring customer needs and churn probabilities, and advises on improving close rates and managing pending proposals.
Already, over 200 companies across Latin America—including startups such as Buk, Xepelin, Fintoc, Vambe, and Betterfly—are leveraging the platform.
