Amilia, a Montreal, Canada-based provider of management software and payment solutions for the community and recreation industries, raised $35M in growth funding.
The round was led by Vertu Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO Hugo Lachance, Amilia is a recreation and member management platform that improve selling activities and memberships for businesses, municipalities and nonprofit organizations. Its flagship tools for online registration, activity programming, memberships and facility access are supported by integrated payment solutions.
The company support over 6,600 locations across North America, including YMCAs, JCCs, Parks and Recreation agencies, camps, and afterschool programs.
