Addepar, a NYC-based provider of a technology and data platform that enables investment professionals to make data-driven investment decisions, raised $230M in Series G funding, at $3.25 Billion valuation.

The round was led by Vitruvian Partners, and WestCap, with additional participation from 8VC, Valor Equity Partners, and EDBI, operating under SG Growth Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to provide liquidity to employees and other investors through a tender offer, allowing them to realize the value of their contributions.
