Vena Solutions, an Albany, NY and Toronto, Canada-based provider of a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) platform purpose-built to leverage the Microsoft technology ecosystem, received a syndicated debt facility whose Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent was CIBC Innovation Banking.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to pursue new channels for growth.
