Solix Raises $29.5M in Funding

-

Solix DePIN, a Munich, Germany-based developer of decentralized physical infrastructure networks, raised $29.5m in funding from Eclip Foundation.

This investment will accelerate the development of Solix’s MODEL CONTEXT PROTOCOL (MCP) technology, which enables intelligent bandwidth sharing without affecting users’ internet experience.

Led by David Rodriguez, CEO, and Emily Richardson, Chief Technology Officer, Solix DePIN has created a platform where users can contribute their unused bandwidth and earn rewards through a simple browser extension.

The MODEL CONTEXT PROTOCOL at the core of Solix’s technology represents a significant advancement in the DePIN space. This protocol connects AI models to real-time contextual data about internet usage, allowing for dynamic, intelligent decision-making on bandwidth allocation.

Solix currently boasts over 100,000 active users across more than 63 countries, processing approximately 275 TB of data daily.
