Smartlinx, a Hackensack, NC-based provider of workforce management solutions for senior care organizations, has acquired StafferLink, a Fayetteville, GA-based provider of contingent staffing management software for the healthcare industry.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Together, Smartlinx and StafferLink will be able to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable healthcare organizations to optimize their utilization of full-time and supplemental staff.
Led by CEO Mark Stoever, Smartlinx supports the workforce through purpose-driven solutions used for modern healthcare needs, from scheduling and compliance tools to payroll and real-time workforce analytics, even providing the scalability and insights needed to lead in a dynamic industry.
Led by CEO Jay Madsen, StafferLink provides cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) and Agency Staffing Management (ASM) software products purpose-built for healthcare facilities, agencies and managed service providers (MSPs) to source, manage and pay their contingent workforce. In aggregate, it is used to fill over 2 million shifts and manage over $1 Billion of spend annually across more than 2,000 agencies.
