Sennos, a Durham, NC-based company which specializes in AI sensing, analytics, and automation for the fluidics and fermentation industries, raised $15M in funding.
The round was led by TomEnterprise, and Jan Ståhlberg.
The company intends to use the funds to further scale its technology across the brewing and beverage industries, and to expand into new markets.
Led by CEO and Founder Jared Resnick, Sennos is a sensing, analytics, and automation company for the precision fermentation and fluidics industries. Its flagship platform, BrewIQ, delivers continuous, real-time fermentation data and AI-driven insights, helping brewers achieve consistent quality, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency.
Alongside the funding, Sennos is launching its new technology platform, a combination of the M3 Sensor System and the AI-enabled Sennos BrewIQ system. It brings real-time intelligence to the fermentation process.
