Ravenna, a Seattle, WA-based AI-powered, Slack-First helpdesk for internal IT and Operations teams, raised $15M in Pre-Seed and Seed funding.
The round was led by by Madrona and Khosla Ventures with participation from Founders Co-op and angel investors included Guillermo Rauch (Vercel), Wade Foster (Zapier), Mike Knoop (Zapier), Brian Helmig (Zapier), John Waldman (Homebase), Linda Lian (CommonRoom), Brett Kaluza (Pitchbook), and Chris Bakke.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its product development and scale it go-to-market efforts.
Led by CEO Taylor Halliday, Ravenna provides an AI-powered service desk built natively in Slack. It streamlines internal support across IT, HR, and business operations, so employees get help fast, and support teams can focus on higher-leverage work.
