Midnite, a London, UK-based provider of a sportsbook and casino platform, raided $10M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Discerning Capital, the Raine Group, and Play Ventures, with additional investment from Venrex and Big Bets. Midnite also announced the appointment of David Williams, a Partner at Discerning Capital, to its board of directors.
The company, which has raised over $35M in funding to date, intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation, marketing expansion, and UK market growth.
Launched in 2018 by Nick Wright and Daniel Qu, Midnite is a provider of a sportsbook and casino platform that leverages a customer-centric approach, delivering a player experience while maintaining safety standards. The company added horse racing and casino to the product mix in 2023 and the team has grown to 110 over the past 12 months. Midnite is licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission and the Irish Revenue Commissioner.
