Lightrun Raises $70M in Series B Funding

-

Lightrun, a NYC-based developer observability company, raised $70M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Accel and Insight Partners, with participation from Citi, Glilot Capital, GTM Capital, and Sorenson Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its enterprise expansion and development efforts.

Led by CEO Ilan Peleg, Lightrun is a developer observability company that empowers developers and SREs to resolve high-impact business issues in real time and enhance application resilience. Using GenAI, it correlates issues and tickets with precise code pathways in the IDE, allowing developers to instrument live code with new logs, metrics, and traces without redeployments, accelerating debugging and providing autonomous code fix suggestions for rapid remediation.

Lightrun is used by enterprises like Citi, Salesforce, and Microsoft, who rely on it for their applications to prevent issues, remediate autonomously, reduce production incidents by shifting left, and ensure resilience and SLA compliance.

The raise brought the total amount to $110M.
