Lace AI, a Mountain View, CA-based developer of AI-powered call center automation technology, raised $14M in seed funding.
The round was led by Bek Ventures, with participation from Horizon VC, Launchub, Snowflake’s co-founder Marcin Zukowski, and Vivino’s Heini Zachariassen.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by Boris Valkov, and Stan Stoyanov, Lace leverages advanced AI technology to analyze a 100% of the phone calls to detect lost revenue opportunities, empowering CSRs and agents to book more jobs and maximize revenue. It enables businesses to win more customers with visibility into all their service calls, see qualification, objections, and CSR handling to take quick action to reverse losses.
