Healthy.io, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based company providing clinical-grade diagnostic tools, acquired Labrador Health, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based startup that has developed technology for quantitative home testing.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Healthy.io will expand its offerings. As part of the integration, all Labrador team members will be joining Healthy.io.
Founded in 2021 by Yoav Kessler, PhD, and Amit Avner, Labrador Health develops a platform for quantitative urine testing, combining proprietary biochemistry and microfluidics, and computer vision technologies to deliver lab-grade results at home.
Led by CEO Geoffrey Martin, Healthy.io allows to use smartphone cameras like clinical-grade diagnostic tools. Its solutions support at-home testing for chronic kidney disease, urinary tract infections, and wound care, reducing barriers to care and driving health outcomes. It partners with health systems and retailers across the U.S. and Europe.
